Pronounced vertical organization may not offer optimal open communication from the bottom to the top. Social events are minimal and depend on the region or country.
Nothing significant to say here, but perhaps high-level management could find new creative ways to show more frequent recognition and appreciation for the hard work of the people at the bottom.
