Very good self-training opportunity. Lovely people, good clients. Processes extremely clear. Good reputation of the company when you go to other clients for projects.
They, and when I say they, I mean upper management, clearly do not promote success. They are very business-oriented and only care about sales.
As upper management does not care about promoting success, they do not care to retain people. If you are not within the management cycle, then you are actually treated as an element of cost with possible margin and revenue. If this changes, experienced people will actually bring a lot more margin and revenue.
Four interviews, a project in the end. Something not serious, especially if you have to learn Oracle's cloud solution which is worth zero on the market. It's a shame that at the fourth interview, after all this hassle, they got the meeting date wron
Conducted three interviews: * HR * Manager * Team Leader All interviews were over the phone and quite informal. Cannot negotiate salary as they follow a very specific salary band. Not consistent with non-competition clause.
The interviewer was really nice and polite, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I felt comfortable during the interview and appreciated the respectful atmosphere, which allowed me to express myself better.
