Mal management de proyectos. No hay capacitación de proyectos. Y no dan absolutamente ninguna explicación coherente para no dar nada de PTU. Fatal por ese lado. Ah, y no hay crecimiento laboral ni económico en base a la inflación.
Sí, den la cara, por lo menos en las fallas de la empresa, brinden explicaciones del porqué no hubo utilidades.
