Good place and environment to work. Compensation is good compared to other companies. Good work and technologies used are really in demand in the outside market.
Very slow growth. You need to spend years to get to the next level. Especially after IC3, it will be really, really tough to go ahead.
Take care of talented people with respect to their positions and salary.
The environment should be made more and more friendly, even though it is much, much better compared to outside.
