Great technology. Customers are among the largest in the world. You can live almost anywhere as long as you are willing to travel where needed.
Pay is good but not keeping pace with the industry. It's impossible to get a merit raise; you have to leave the company and then be hired back at a higher rate.
Remember that people being your greatest asset can't just be lip service. You need to show them with pay and benefits that outpace the industry.
