The first and second rounds were core technical rounds. The first round focused more on core Java concepts, while the second round was more about problem-solving approaches. The third round was a managerial round.

Communication via an agent. The interview lasted 6-7 rounds. All technical but one. The interview was rigorous technically. The interviews were first conducted remotely, and then I was called to the Head Office for a 1-on-1 interview process.

First round: Technical round with a Director-level person. Covered consistent hashing plus a few design-level questions. Second round: Technical interview with a senior developer. Third round: Management round. Focused primarily on team management
