Challenging, and access to all the software and insider tools.
They beat the crap out of you. Extremely stressful.
The travel is a killer, and you cannot get off of them. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant. Kissing up to the right rear will take you places.
Better work-life balance and raises/promotions should be made more equitable.
