It all began with a brief call with an HR representative to discuss the position, Oura, and my motivation in general.

The second interview was with my supervisor-to-be to discuss the role and expectations from both sides more deeply.

The third interview was a panel interview with three of the future team members, which gave a good introduction to the people I would be working with.

Despite being in a panel interview with three people asking a lot of different questions, I did feel comfortable and relaxed, and that was mainly due to the nice atmosphere created by the interviewers.

The fourth interview was a discussion with the supervisor of my future supervisor.

Overall, the interview process went really smoothly. I was kept well up-to-date on where they were in the recruitment process, and I had plenty of opportunities to present questions about Oura and the role.

The self-scheduling tool made it really easy for me to book interview time slots that fit my calendar.

Upon receiving the job offer via email and accepting it, the onboarding process all the way to my first day at Oura was quite astonishing.

I got access to the Oura HR system already a few months prior to my starting date. I got to review some information about Oura and the organization from the system, as well as add relevant information about the employment.

The IT department contacted me well before my starting date to ask for details of preferred equipment, which were all ready for me on my first day.

Overall, I have been very impressed by the interview and onboarding processes at Oura!
