Got a referral for a role.

It took about two weeks for the recruiter to get to me.

The recruiter doesn't respond to emails or ask for your availability. They'll just randomly call you and disregard the availability you've given them.

I scheduled a call for the next day. Then, a few days later, I was scheduled for the first round.

Passed that, and was then asked for my availability for the second round. The interviewer had a conflict, and so the recruiter just changed the date to a date and time I wasn't able to make.

I emailed asking them to change it, but nothing came of it, so I canceled my plans to fit the new second round interview date. It went really well, and I was waiting for the third round.

I messaged the recruiter that I'm in the late rounds of other interviews and if we could speed it up a little. No response.

A week later, I sent an email stating I have two offers with a deadline. She then called me five minutes later and asked me what my availability is, and then ghosted me again.
