The interview process was well-organized, and every interviewer I spoke with was friendly and professional. My one significant concern relates to how my visa situation was handled. I disclosed my visa requirements to the recruiter at the very start of the process. I then completed all interview rounds and received positive feedback, only to be told afterward that an offer could not be extended because the immigration team was unable to move forward given my circumstances. While I understand that visa sponsorship isn't always possible, I was disappointed that this wasn't verified earlier. I invested considerable time preparing for and completing multiple interview rounds before this was raised. I'd encourage the company to confirm visa and sponsorship eligibility earlier in the process to avoid putting candidates in a similar position.
