The interview process started off positively. Everyone I spoke with was collaborative and helpful, and the recruiter communicated promptly throughout. However, things became frustrating toward the end. I was scheduled to meet with someone from senior leadership, which was then changed to someone else, and ultimately canceled at the last minute because they wanted me to speak with another person instead. That meeting was never scheduled. I was disappointed because I had spent time preparing for those conversations and felt like my time was wasted. Then, I was told that hiring was paused, with no follow-up explanation provided.
