• CPO There was a constant emphasis on being a bar raiser and the culture being fast-paced. Did not get good vibes from them, as it seems like they want you to fully drink the kool-aid and slog your life off for them. Despite performing well in the interviews and showing clear past examples of being a bar raiser, they still claimed not enough signals and want me to go through more interviews. Unusually high expectations for a startup that pays an average salary.
