I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.
I was really happy with the interview process until the end. The questions were practical, the interviewers were nice, and the recruiter was super kind, helpful, and supportive. Things turned when I talked to the CTO, Dean. I could tell that he was multitasking during my interview, because he kept looking off to the side, and when he asked follow-up questions, they were things that I had already answered in my initial response. It really changed my opinion of the company. I was going to pull out of the interview process, but I didn't get a chance since they ghosted me afterwards. At least it was mutual?
