Process
Regular Palantir interviews include both a decomp and a technical interview.
The interviews are fine if you prepared for them earlier.

- 1.0Be ready to be on your ownForward Deployed Software Engineer • Former EmployeeNew York, New York, United StatesApril 6, 2018Pros: Salary is great, benefits are amazing, and they pretty much pay for everything.Cons: The counterpart to having everything paid for you is that Palantir acts as if they own you and expect you to be working 24/7. Also, very little direction is given, and you're expected to figure things out by yourself from the get-go. And god forbid you ask for help, as you will be seen as weak and inefficient. It's a soul-crushing place that does not see workers as humans but merely as code monkeys.
- 4.0Amazing Culture, Unclear PayForward Deployed Software Engineer • Current EmployeeSeptember 12, 2022Pros: Amazing culture throughout the company.Cons: Not very transparent when it comes to compensation reviews.
