Process
This was my second interview with the company in three years. Both times, I put in hours and finished to the last stage but was told I was not a good fit without receiving any feedback or specific reasons.
The interviewers were great, and I believe my interviews went well overall. However, Palantir is the only company that refused to provide any feedback despite the hours I put into four or five one-hour interviews.
First time, I assumed it was a one-off case where the recruiter was too busy, but there is a pattern here. I really like the company, but I will be demotivated to ever apply again.
