The first round was a 1-hour LeetCode-style interview. The interviewer was professional and very nice, making it an overall positive experience.
The second round was a 30-minute recruiter call. This was also a very nice interview, allowing me to learn more about the position and the company.
The third round was a 2-hour virtual onsite with two different interviewers. I genuinely thought I did well, but it turns out I was rejected.
When I kindly asked for feedback at the end, they wouldn't provide any due to company policy.
The overall interview process was positive, but I really dislike the policy of not giving feedback after investing so much time. I respect the decision but wish I could at least know how I can improve for future interviews.
