Process
Met at a job fair. Had an interview on campus, which was challenging but relatively easy. The interviewer wasn't great at communication and had broken English, which led to some miscommunication during the interview. The person I met at the job fair was cool, though.
Questions
You have two arrays of numbers. Your task is to stop the program once you've found the largest difference between a number in the first array and a number in the second array. You do not need to return the numbers; simply stop when you find the largest difference.

Pros: I met some of the smartest people I've seen in my life at Palantir. They're really great, mostly down-to-earth. The pay is well above the UK market.
Cons: Some segments of the business can be political.
The job isn't very technically challenging.

A great company to grow and learn

Pros: People are very smart.
There is room to grow. It's not uncommon to see people who have been in the company for 1-2 years becoming Leads.
Huge responsibilities from day 1.
"Choose your own adventure" -> You can create your own growth path in the company if you see the need for it. For example, if you work on X product/customer but you see that there is a need to develop another product, you can start working on that without an issue (as long as you don't jeopardize your other role).
D&I is big here. You can get as involved as you want with this, and that's awesome!
Overall, this is an amazing company. I love it.
Cons: Too much autonomy at times. This is also a pro, but being independent and figuring out things on your own is not for everyone.

Exposure to huge problems from the get-go. Palantir is working with some of the most impactful companies in the world.
Ability to grow and form your own path.
Cons: Can be intense depending on what customer you get paired with and the members of your team.
Company has little structure when it comes to growth path. This can be good or bad depending on what you're looking for.
