The company's hiring process seemed slightly racist. I observed the team's demographic, and it saddened me that the company did not want to provide proper feedback, presumably to hide these issues. I had a perfect interview; even the interviewer was impressed and gave me positive feedback. However, five days later, I received a generic rejection message. When I asked for feedback, they stated they are not required to provide it.
