Process
I went through two stages of the interview but did not make it to the onsite assessment.
- Stage 1: HR Interview
- They gauged my suitability for the role.
- Stage 2: Data Analysis Interview
- The interview started with questions about my experience, followed by the analytical part.
- Basically, I was presented with a general question and some data/tables, and I was supposed to figure out the answer from the data provided.
- I was presented with a table of data containing company financial transactions and asked how I would use it to determine fraudulent transactions.
- If I came up with a solution, I then needed to critique my own answer/assumptions to identify potential problems and find ways to improve it.

Pros: The people are great, friendly, and very intelligent.
Interesting work that can have a real impact.
Awesome travel opportunities, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Washington D.C., London, Sydney, and the UAE, plus more.
The schedule is up to you. Come in and leave whenever, as long as the work is getting done.
Cons: There is a fair amount of technical grunt work to be done, and if you're not careful, you'll end up on boring projects. You can avoid this by proving yourself valuable in other areas.
It's hard to stand out amongst peers when everyone is so talented.
There's no clear path to advancement internally. They're working on this.
Work/life balance varies across teams. Some people are overworked (not me...).
