Recruiter interview followed by a technical interview, a three-hour technical interview, and a hiring manager technical interview.
Only had one LeetCode-style interview and one based on learning an internal language. The rest were on open-ended problems and system design.
Got to the end of the interview process with good feedback but no offer, without explanation or ability to ask. The process took 4 weeks overall.
Great company, but felt very misled by the encouraging feedback during interactions.
