I initially had a phone screen with HR to determine whether or not I had the skills that matched the job description.
After that, I had an interview with a member from the QA team. He asked about my background and threw me a problem-solving question. He asked me how I would go about testing an elevator.

Cons: If you're not interested in government, intelligence, or defense, then you may be turned off by about half of the business. That said, there's the other half of the business that's not that. I happen to be interested in all of it, so it's great!
