Process
I wasted 30 minutes of my time on an initial interview with HR, who lacked common courtesy. She asked for detailed explanations of the applications I wrote but did not let me complete my explanations. Instead, she interrupted me with questions, the answers to which were already contained in my initial responses. I thought perhaps she didn't hear me, so I even asked if she could hear me well and received a positive answer. Hearing and listening are different things. I will not spend any more time on that company.
