Process
I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then was asked to do a few simple technical questions. My second phone interview was with someone from the Palantir team, and I did very well. They flew me down for a day of interviews, and I met the founder via Skype on my return home. It was a close decision, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer. They were very organized; they knew who I was upon arrival and I didn't feel rushed.
Contrary to others, getting a t-shirt doesn't mean you didn't qualify. Everyone gets a t-shirt.
