The HR contacted me with a somewhat casual tone, expressing the intention to call me.
During the interview, they inquired about my interest in the company and encouraged me to ask questions. I could sense their impatience to move forward.
Surprisingly, there was no discussion about my background.
A few days later, the company informed me that I was not a suitable fit for the position.
While I know the competitive job market these days, the experience left me feeling undervalued, as if job seekers are treated as beggars.
