Process
The process is similar to most tech companies. It starts with an online assessment, followed by HR (or vice versa). Then, there's a technical interview with an assessment company. Once past the assessment, I talked to HR at Palantir.

- Why Palantir?
- What location do you prefer? (This is where I believe I messed up by not being open enough, which is fair.)
- What challenge have you faced? (How did you learn from it?)
Technical:
- Give the time complexity of your solution.
- What data structure would be more effective and why?

Teams are small, and there's plenty of innovation going on. It's a great learning experience.
Cons: Palantir is not really a startup anymore.
