I applied through an employee referral.
Online assessment and then HR round. Followed by technical rounds. I failed in the first one. Medium questions both. I had reached out to someone on LinkedIn and they gave me a referral. Didn't like that I was rejected for the position even before the recruiter call, but then another email invited me for an interview.
