Process
The process started with an initial recruiter conversation followed by a technical coding interview with a LeetCode-style problem.
The virtual onsite included:
- a Decomposition round, where I had to break down an ambiguous problem and design a software solution
- a Learning round, where I was introduced to unfamiliar concepts and asked to understand and debug existing code.
The final stage was a hiring manager interview covering my experience, problem-solving approach, and technical reasoning.
