Process
The process took a long time, but this was over the Christmas holidays, and they appear to be generous with holidays. The questions in general were tough.
I applied online, and they got back to me after about a month.
First stage: an online coding test.
Second stage: two Skype interviews (the second was only because I was a bit shaky on the first).
On-site interviews consisted of three back-to-back interviews: two coding and one algorithms.
Unfortunately, I was fairly underprepared for the interviews, and so they didn't go very well. Overall, the questions are difficult and challenging, but they are interesting.
