Pros: Good and challenging work. As a new hire, you get to make changes to the core elements.
Perks are good, especially the housing subsidy.
Smart and intelligent co-workers.
Cons: Very poor and bad management. Inexperienced managers are given too much control; they are not at all good at communicating and have a poor judgment of employee skills. The flat hierarchy is a hoax.
Extreme work culture and poor work/life balance.

Pros: Challenging individual projects (not a separate internship project but a part of the team’s OKRs)
Young and short-tenure mentor that understands your struggles and can help a lot
HRs and a specially designated SWE of another team to help you resolve any non-work related issues
Cons: * Very high expectations.
* Unstructured – you have to take matters into your own hands from the very start. You have to be a pretty good engineer when you join this internship. Still, it’s very good for your growth.
