Process

The interview process included:

  • Karat: Algorithm questions.
  • Onsite: One learning session and one decomposition session.
  • HM (Hiring Manager): Half behavioral, half decomposition.

Recruiter calls occurred between interviews.

After the HM interview, I was informed the feedback was very positive and I had a 90% chance of receiving an offer. Subsequently, I was informed there was no headcount.

The interviews were technically rather simple, but it does take a lot of research into the company and good interpersonal skills.
