I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week.
The HRs are very responsive, and the first technical round was great. I had a good conversation with the engineer. However, the system design part was a bit rough, as the tech leader that interviewed me was talking super fast and I could barely catch up with what he was saying.

Cons: There is close to no career progression (monetary or level) at Palantir with additional responsibility. Very little control on what you get to work on as a new hire.
