Process
So far, so good. I'm only at the technical phone screen, but the recruiter has been very enthusiastic.
I have a technical call soon that I'm studying for. I hear the interview questions are hard and stressful.

Smart Engineers, Weak Management
Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: The engineers I got to work with were smart, despite most of them being hired straight out of university. It was a great opportunity to learn from quality (though arguably inexperienced) engineers.
Cons: My mentor and team lead were quite ineffective at communication and giving feedback. My experience would have been much better if I had gotten more feedback more often.
