Applied through the website. There was a coding exercise to complete within 2 hours.

This was not too difficult if you are trained for interviews and know your algorithms well.

After a couple of days, I had my first contact with HR for a phone screen, which included some coding/algorithm questions.

Onsite interviews took place a week later and lasted all day. If you are doing well, you will know along the way, as engineers and HR seem to communicate with each other.

At the end of the day, I met with a founder and received an offer the next day.

Nothing is difficult; everything is standard and straightforward if you know basic algorithms and data structures.
