Process
The interview process begins with a typical 20-30 minute phone screen. During this, someone from HR will ask why you wanted to join Palantir, about your past jobs, etc.
The second round involves an online coding test. Very hard questions are asked here, including dynamic programming and obscure algorithms, which most engineers never encounter in their actual jobs.
