There are multiple rounds involved.

The first round is an online coding test. For my test, there were 3 questions to be done in 1 hour. It was very rushed, and I only solved 2.5 questions (half of the given test cases were failing for my third solution).

Surprisingly, I got through to the next round: a behavioral phone interview with the recruiter. As others have warned, it is best to be prepared for this round because the recruiter will drill into your resume. Make sure you are clear about what is on your resume, and make sure to elaborate on your responses during the interview.

Afterwards, a technical phone interview was scheduled with a Palantir engineer. He was slightly late, but we got through the question together. It was a graph question.

I never heard from them after that, so I guess that's that.
