Process
I got the HackerRank challenge (you don't need a perfect score to pass that stage), then a Karat interview, and then three back-to-back remote "onsite" interviews.
I received a rejection after that, and an additional call from the recruiter explaining their decision.
It was nice they took the time to tell me in more detail why I wasn't hired, but the final call didn't provide much insight, and I disagreed with parts of it. I've received opposite feedback from other companies.
