Teams are small, and there's plenty of innovation going on. It's a great learning experience.
Cons: Palantir is not really a startup anymore.

Pros: Really fun, lots of great perks and great people. You can develop and rise high if you have the motivation and you love your work.
Cons: It eventually becomes tiring if you don't truly love the product. If you're looking for a job that you'll fully enjoy, you need to love the product.
