Pros: - Smart and diligent coworkers
- Nerd culture meets business sense
Cons: The work itself becomes boring soon. It's essentially the databases 101 challenge SELECT ... FROM ... WHERE, over and over again.
The promises of the contract offer were not honored in full: The starting date was pushed back several months on short notice (2 weeks). Stock was not granted in full. Many perks have been slashed after the IPO.
The starting salary is high for recent graduates but then stalls. Progression cannot keep up with other tech companies.

Pros: Palantir has an awesome, awesome work culture and an excellent internship experience. I felt very valued as an intern. A whole world of opportunities opens up to you after you have Palantir on your resume.
Cons: Palantir is suffering lots of growing pains and a bit of disorganization, but I'm sure that this will be sorted out.
