I felt valued throughout the process until I received my rejection at the very end. I had been through six rounds of interviews at this point, all of them 75% technical and 25% behavioral, and I had prepared a lot for every step.
After my final round, which I thought I did pretty well in, I was rejected.
It's frustrating that they would continue interviewing me over the course of two months just to reject me at the end, especially since I didn't even perform badly. I was able to complete all of the technical problems and answer all the behavioral questions.
This was definitely the hardest interview process, and also the most fruitless. I'm not sure what they want from their prospective interns.
Can't say, I signed an NDA.
