Process
The first step was an online test. Passing it led to a phone call from HR a few days later to discuss team placement. At the start of the process, it was explained that this call was simply to match the candidate and there was no reason not to pass it.
After a couple of days, I received an email that did not clarify the reasons why I wouldn't continue the process with them.
