Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, Karnataka
Process
The interview process consisted of five rounds:
- One telephonic interview
- Three in-person interviews with engineers
- One interview with the Director of Engineering
If we pass these stages, there will be one more round with the hiring manager.
The process was very smooth, and the HR team was friendly and helpful. I felt I performed moderately. They mentioned they would evaluate a few more candidates and inform us of their decision.
I did not feel any frustration afterward. Instead, I adopted a mindset of "I should have put in extra effort; I should apply again after some time."
I wasn't very familiar with Redlock before the interview. After it concluded, and a couple of days later, I felt that I had truly missed a wonderful opportunity.
Redlock is a good and challenging company. (Note: Redlock is part of Palo Alto Networks.)
