Process
First, there was a phone call with HR. After that, a scheduled phone interview with the team leader followed. The interview went fluently. He asked me about my experience, and it seemed that we would continue the process. However, after a couple of days, I received a 'rate your experience' email, and the next day, a generic decline email. I can understand that there was a mismatch, but the process was a little bit odd.
