The interview included several processes: * Manager interview * Technical interview * Panel session * HR interview * Business-oriented interview The interview process took several months to complete and was long and not continuous.
Very bad experience with the HR of Palo Alto Israel. There were a total of 4 stages: 2 technical, 1 with the Director, and 1 with HR. The candidate had an awful experience with HR. During all stages, HR didn't answer questions, wasn't nice, and had
1. Tell me about yourself. 2. They told me about the group I was interviewing with. 3. They asked me to describe a backend feature/project that I worked on. 4. We had a ping-pong question/answer discussion about the project I described previously.
