No women or minorities in leadership roles. I feel like women are discounted for promotions and management on a regular basis.
The company should seriously consider remote work from home due to the insane commute – a deterrent for great workers and staff.
Upper management seems to let their 'buddies' in, but not a policy across the board.
Implement strong women in management.
Create a more family-friendly atmosphere by allowing flex time and remote work from home.
