Very cruel. They don't even treat you as human. Yes, you are right. One day I was not feeling well and the doctor suggested I have some frequent drink mix with water, like every 2 hours. So I ended up going for water/pantry frequently, and that is a concern for my manager that I am not working. He didn't approve my leave either.
No overtime for full-time employees, and there is support every other weekend on-call rotation. They lied to me in the interview.
At least listen to your staff and try to understand. You may reject or approve the proposal, but first listen. Don't cut them off.
