Good compensation, great office work environment with excellent snacks and cafeteria, coffee (Philz), and a small but very nice gym that opens 24/7.
I just completed 2 years this past November. I still have a hard time believing the position I'm in after 2+ years.
The job function itself exactly matches my passion and skill set, and the direct team I work with is very technical, close-knit, and executes very well together.
The pace is very fast. The past 2 years, we delivered 3 platforms with various flavors, but doing what I enjoy, it felt like I did not work a single day.
Pressure on myself to keep on delivering, since there is no redundancy for my role on this team. Afraid if I screw up it will affect my team (but that ain't happening).
