Pros
  • A very successful company (some will say, the best cyber security company).
  • Startup environment within a well-funded corporate.
  • A great ESPP with promised 15%+ revenue on up to 15% of the salary (extra: successful stock).
  • High professional environment! Majority of the developers are very experienced and friendly. (at least 30 out of 120 in the department are really good).
  • Benefits:
    • Yearly budget for wellness
    • Weekly happy hour
    • Weekly soups or sandwiches.
  • Fast-growing company - opens many opportunities.
Cons
  • Acting as a startup, sometimes picking the shorter way and accumulating tech debt, which ends up with a full refactor of that area for 1-3 months.
  • Management (TL and above) are occupied with many routines and redundant meetings (they say).
Advice to Management

Stop planning all day long; it causes many meetings on the same thing over and over again. Meetings without action items are redundant (except for one-on-one meetings).
