Great Company and Great CEO. Great culture & diversity all over the company.
IT top leadership is bad. The new leader joined, getting her own people from her community. The CEO says the flex work environment is to keep employees happy, but the IT new leader started asking everyone to come to the office (just for show-off). She already fired some old employees and got her own people, although they are incompetent, and it looks like a chain of her own community folks.
I would suggest the CEO should not trust the new IT leader blindly, as she does not know how to keep employees happy and is hiring her own state and local language speaking folks. Please keep an eye on hiring numbers. When hiring, involve different team members so that good talent and skilled people will be in the company. Stop hiring the same community people.
