Pay is very good, comparative to market standards. Well appreciating RSU prices. Bangalore Office Location.
I don't understand what the expectation is to be in the office for 4 days a week. Even after commuting 2 hours and working 7 to 8 hours in the office, management expects us to spend time in evening meetings, respond to Slack messages, and stay late. Work-life balance is zero in India offices. It's a toxic culture with too much work pressure, prioritizing quantity over quality work. Estimates need to be done by engineers, but here, engineers are dictated with unrealistic estimates.
