First interview: (30 mins) Intro interview with a team lead. Task to do offline. Second interview: (1.5-2 hrs) Interview with the team lead and group manager. Third interview: (1 hr) HR.

Tested only the skills that are actually relevant to the job (instead of pure LeetCode and general CS fundamentals). Everyone was very humble and open, even distinguished engineers and people from higher up.
